Placement Assistance (PA) at Tech Bodhi is a complimentary, discretionary service. It does not constitute a guarantee of employment. All students are required to read and comply with this policy in full.
§ 01
Nature of Placement Assistance
Understanding what PA is and how it is offered
1.1
Complimentary Value-Added Service
Placement Assistance is provided by Tech Bodhi as a value-added complimentary service to students who have successfully completed job-oriented courses.
1.2
Discretionary — Not a Contractual Obligation
This service is offered entirely at the sole discretion of Tech Bodhi Management. It is not a mandatory or contractual obligation unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific course.

- Providing information regarding relevant employment opportunities
2.2
Subject to Several Factors
Placement Assistance is subject to student eligibility, client and company requirements, and prevailing market demand. No fixed outcome can be assured.

No Guarantee / No Assurance Clause

3.1
Tech Bodhi Does NOT Guarantee
- Placement to any student
- Any specific number of interview calls
- A minimum or maximum number of interview opportunities
- Any specific job role, company, or salary package
3.2
Exceptions
Any exception to the above must be clearly specified in writing for a particular course. Verbal assurances are not binding.
3.3
Salary Disclaimer
Tech Bodhi does not guarantee any fixed salary range, minimum salary package, or specific designation. All salary structures and job terms are solely determined by the hiring organization.
3.4
Variation Between Students
Placement opportunities may differ from student to student depending on academic performance, course completed, skill level, interview performance, hiring company eligibility, and industry demand.

General Qualifications for PA
Who is eligible to receive Placement Assistance
4.1
Accepted Educational Qualifications
Students must have completed one of the following from a recognized university:
BE / BTech
MCA / MCS / MCM
MSc / BSc
BCA / BCS
Equivalent Graduation
BA / B.Com graduates may be considered only for specific streams (e.g., IMS), subject to client requirements.
4.2
Passing Year Criteria
Freshers or candidates who passed out within the last three academic years are generally preferred. Eligibility may vary by company policy.
4.3
Academic Record
Good academic performance is preferred. Students with more than 2 years of educational gap may or may not qualify depending on corporate client criteria.
4.4
Communication Skills
Good English communication skills (spoken and written) provide a significant advantage. Some roles may specifically require strong communication proficiency.
4.5
Diploma Holders / Undergraduates — Not Eligible
Diploma holders and undergraduate students are not eligible for Placement Assistance. Exceptions apply only if a specific hiring client explicitly requests such profiles.
4.6
Professional Conduct & Appearance
Student behavior, professionalism, and general appearance during interviews are important evaluation criteria. Unprofessional conduct may lead to disqualification.

General Rules & Regulations
Mandatory conduct guidelines for all PA participants
5.1
Job Application Process
Daily job postings are shared in official groups. Students must apply only through the Placement In-Charge of their center before the specified deadline. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. It is the student's sole responsibility to track updates and apply within timelines.
5.2
Interview Attendance is Mandatory
If Tech Bodhi schedules an interview based on your CV, you must attend. Scheduled interviews count as official calls under PA. Failure to attend without valid prior intimation may lead to disciplinary action.
5.3
Shortlisting is Client's Sole Discretion
It is entirely the hiring client's decision to shortlist profiles. Tech Bodhi is not responsible for shortlisting or rejection decisions made by the client.
5.4
Evaluation Requirement
Placement Assistance will not be provided to students who have not undergone Tech Bodhi evaluation processes. Students holding only a "Participation Certificate" are not eligible unless specifically approved.
5.5
No Direct Client Contact
Students must not contact any client directly unless explicitly instructed by Tech Bodhi or the client. Any complaint from a client regarding misconduct may result in permanent blacklisting.
5.6
Re-Application Limitations
Students already placed through Tech Bodhi are not eligible for further PA (unless otherwise specified). Students who appeared for a company in the last 6–12 months are not eligible to re-apply to the same company.
5.7
Relocation & Role Flexibility
Students must be willing to relocate anywhere in India as required, and be prepared to work in the job profile offered by the client.
5.8
Communication Responsibility
Tech Bodhi will contact shortlisted students via email or SMS. Tech Bodhi is not responsible if a student is unreachable due to technical issues, incorrect contact details, or network problems.
Blacklisting Criteria
A student may be permanently or temporarily removed from Placement Assistance under any of the following circumstances

Failure to attend an interview or test after confirming participation
✗
Not informing the placement team before missing a scheduled interview
✗
Rejecting a job offer after selection without valid justification
✗
Not attending the final HR round for offer collection or salary negotiation
✗
Applying for positions despite clearly not meeting eligibility criteria mentioned in the job notification
✗
Providing false information, fake documents, or misrepresentation of qualifications
✗
Violating any rules specified by Tech Bodhi during the placement process
⚠ Blacklisting may be temporary or permanent based on management discretion.
