Tech Bodhi – Fees Refund Policy

At Tech Bodhi, we are committed to providing a productive and enriching learning experience. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require a student to request a refund. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions governing fee refunds.


1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Course Cancellation by Tech Bodhi

If Tech Bodhi cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances before course commencement, students will be entitled to a 100% refund of the course fees paid.


1.2 Withdrawal Before Course Commencement

  • Students who formally withdraw at least 7 days prior to the course commencement date are eligible for a full refund.

  • A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the total course fees.

Refunds will not be processed without a formal written withdrawal request.


1.3 Withdrawal After Course Commencement

  • Students who withdraw within the first 7 days of the course commencement are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fees.

  • No refund will be issued for withdrawal requests made after the first week of the course.


2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable:

2.1 Registration Fees

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. It is INR 2,000/- for any course.

2.2 Materials & Supplies

Fees paid for study materials, supplies, online resources, software access, or any course-related content are non-refundable once distributed, accessed, or shared with the student.


3. Refund Process

3.1 Submission of Refund Request

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Tech Bodhi Administration Office. The request must include:

  • Student Name

  • Course Name

  • Batch Details

  • Reason for Refund Request

Verbal requests will not be accepted.


3.2 Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment only.


3.3 Communication

Students will be notified via email once the refund request has been processed.
If additional documentation or clarification is required, Tech Bodhi will contact the student using the registered contact details.


4. Exceptions

4.1 Medical Emergencies

In cases of genuine medical emergencies:

  • Students may be considered for a course credit and no refulnd.

  • Valid medical documentation must be submitted.

  • Each case will be reviewed individually by management.

  • This exception applies only if the student is unable to continue or join future batches.

The final decision shall rest solely with Tech Bodhi Management.
